So, a free plastic case to solve this problem? Great!

Just like Toyata sold you a nice looking car, but there is a crack on the hood... so, to fix it... they will put a patch on the crack... for free....

AAPL is hurting its own reputations through this "status of denying":

1. iPhone 4 problem? no, not a design problem, it is a software issue, and this problem can be fixed by an upgrade on software.

2. Oops... software doesn't work... OK, this is your problem... you not suppose to hold this phone like that! Then, how to hold my new phone?

3. OK, OK, there is a problem in design... but that is not a big deal... "here... we got a nice looking plastic cover ready for you..... and it is ....FREEEEEEEEE!!!" Cool! Right?

My thoughts:

"Offering a free case" means: Jobs admitted that there is a design flaw in iPhone 4. If this product is good to go, why offer free case?

So, the answer is plain and simple:

1. All iPhone 4 sold on market should allow customers send back to Apple and get full refund;

2. iPhone 4 should be pulled out of the market NOW!


Next... Lawsuit against Apple will start....

"Did Apple management knows this problem before the iPhone 4 hit the market?"

OK, BP plugged the leak hole on the earth?

First is a question: Is this for sure? the leak won't come out elsewhere under ground?

Second : If, if assume that this hole is 100% plugged.... then, great! I think there are tens of thousands lawyers are lining up outside of the BP, waiting for give BP a bill to cover the cost of the this damage....

So, how big that bill might end up with? How long the whole process might last?

How much the common shares might worth after BP pays out the final bill?

Think about it....

As I pointed out on May 6th, 2010, that intraday 1000- drop low on DJI was not the low, and this goal is reached today.

Day low today is a fresh new yearly low of 2010, more lower lows will be printed on chart from here on.

DJI Update

OK, Just as I pointed out on May 7th, line H will be revisited and eventually close below it! and now, we are here again, so, today line H penetrated again, if you call the first penetration on May 7th was an accident and machine error, then, what you call it today? another computer problem? hoho... of course not!

The red circle on the chart is the zone I given out "short SPY" signal on my member access zone.

Daily candle here is a LL.LH red follow thru doji, this is a continuation pattern, weather it can be read as a reversal doji is TBD.

Bottom fishing on long side here is NOT recommended, but, lock profits on your existing short/put positions is a smart move to take some gains off the table....
